I acknowledge the following:

  1. Customer hires a broker to facilitate customs clearance at the airport of destination.
  2. Customs clearance should be done as promptly as possible that is why customs documents should be submitted in advance.
  3. Upon arrival to the place of destination, live crab should be put into water tanks that meet the following conditions: Water Temperature - +2/3 degrees C, Salinity over 32%, Oxygen over 7 mg/l. Live crab should be sold within a week.
  4. Customer does not reclaim any losses incurred if any of these requirements are not met.
  5. Seagourmet Norway may ask for 100% prepayment.
  6. Free crab samples are an option which is to be discussed. Freight costs are covered by Customer.
